  • Resident must sign a pet agreement, post a pet deposit and pay a monthly pet rent

  • One dog weighing a maximum of fifty pounds at maturity or two dogs weighing a maximum of 35 pounds each at maturity in select 1st floor suites or one dog weighing a maximum of thirty-five pounds in select 2nd or 3rd floor suites
  • Breed restrictions apply
  • Proof of renter’s insurance, valid dog license & updated rabies vaccination required
  • Resident must sign a pet agreement, post a pet deposit and pay a monthly pet rent
